Atufim Employment is an employment rehabilitation program for evacuees and victims of the Iron Swords War who were forced to leave their homes and livelihoods. The program provides rehabilitative support through assistance in reintegrating into the job market, with the recognition that human contact, care and concern are often as significant to the participant as the actual job offer itself.
