The Program

Ta’asuchayil assists needy, lone and discharged IDF soldiers to effectively find work during their military service, thereby enabling them to support themselves with pride, complete their military service and integrate into the civilian workforce effectively, leading to financial and social independence.

How it Works

“I’m 18 years old, and my salary pays the electric bill. The importance of my financial help at home isn’t optional; if I don’t help, my family will lack basic necessities.

Vision

 Ta’asuchayil’s vision is to enable soldiers to complete their military service with dignity and enter civilian life with employment tools. The program aims to create a support network connecting the IDF, employers and soldiers, providing a solid economic and professional foundation for their future.
