Hi-Tech Pioneers is a program which empowers young adults from marginalized populations with no technological background to acquire a hi-tech profession through training in business companies and mentoring for employment.

The program includes a four-month course and support and assistance in placement upon its completion. The course is an opportunity to break the glass ceiling and open new possibilities, and is also open for those who do not have an academic degree.

The course expands participants’ horizons and instills in them a sense of security, which enables them to take additional courses, usually government funded, and advance in their careers.

In order to assist program graduates integrate into the Israeli hi-tech industry, we work in partnership with local authorities, the Israeli Institute of Technology and Communications (IITC), and communication companies such as Bezeq, which provide excellent opportunities for graduate placement.

Through these partnerships, program graduates find themselves in companies and positions which they could not access beforehand due to the barriers caused by the lack of a degree, prior acquaintance, and more.
